With a similar production method and attention to quality and detail and a more wallet friendly price, Cava is my go to for any cocktail that calls for Champagne. Don’t just relegate this beauty to mixer status, many Cavas are great on their own even if they are more budget friendly.

Keep the party going this holiday season with one of these holiday-inspired cocktail recipes.

Champagne lovers will enjoy this Mediterranean farmer fizz with oysters, raw tuna and sushi. Its fresh acidity complements fruit desserts, especially peaches and sliced oranges.
